‘Celebrating a family event is not easy at the moment. We were looking for an introduction to drumming and I found Paul. If you’re not shy of making a noise, Paul’s session is a thoroughly safe, exciting, fun and brilliant way to reconnect as a slightly bigger safely-distanced group and enjoy learning something new. Paul is not only a seriously talented drummer, his skills at running a workshop for mixed ages and ability are brilliant. All you need is a big enough space, indoor or out, Paul does the rest.

After an hour with Paul, learning individual rhythms and sounds, together we made a wonderful synchronicity and became our own drumming band – what a splendid way to beat a pandemic.’
